Shredded Salsa Chicken
(Otherwise known as…All Purpose Chicken)
3 or 4 large frozen chicken breasts
In the morning, place your frozen chicken breasts in your crockpot.
Cover them with a light layer of salsa (approx. 1 1/2 to 2 cups)
-You can substitute the salsa in this step for canned stewed tomatoes. This makes it a little cheaper-
Put the lid on, turn the crockpot to LOW, and leave it for about 6 hours.
Return in 6-8 hours and use forks to shred the chicken. It should literally FALL APART!
Stir in a 1/2 cup more salsa and some taco seasoning to taste.
If you want it even spicier, add some tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper!
Turn your crock pot down to WARM until you are ready to serve.
