When you feel the anxious crush of the ticking clockWhen you count the hours and know there aren’t enough
When you feel you insides forming into hard anxious knots
When you hear your heart begin to pound loud and worried

Breathe in His truth.

The truth that if you give Him first place in your time, in your priorities, in your finances then He will provide enough.
The truth that if you run faster and push harder it will not add one minute to your life or one ounce of good to your soul.
The truth that He has promised that His presence will go with us, and where His presence goes there is peace.
The truth that trusting Him means more than just your head or you heart, it means your life.

Breathe in His truth…
Breathe it and and breathe out the change.
The changed heart
The changed attitude
The changed actions

But always, breathe out the actions after you’ve first breathed in Him.
His truth
His grace
His power
His life.

Be blessed
