Hello Lovelies!
Welcome to another Coffee Date! This week I’m talking about Running, Resting and other Randomness!
I hope you enjoy it and that it blesses you!
I want to get to know you and hear about your life too! Leave me a comment, leave a link to a blog or vlog you’ve done, or write me an email.
Be blessed

Oh girl – I am so not a runner! I need to find some kind of exercising that I am into though….
Great to hear your sweet voice!
You should try Zumba. =) So fun! But you would have to pay for classes then… Thanks! I feel a little weird posting vlogs but I LOVE when other people do, so I figure I should too. =)Alesha <3

Don’t get discouraged about getting off schedule with running. Keep looking ahead to what you will accomplish- I think 500 miles is still doable for you!! But I hear you on how miserable it is to run in hot weather. The other day I was dying on my run and it was only 64 degrees! ha! Maybe try stashing some water bottles on your normal route before you run so that you can hydrate and cool down at the same time? Just a thought! I’ll be praying for your running journey and that you find time to rest in Jesus!!!
Thank you so much Christina! I need the encouragement. =) I’ll be setting my alarm for early tomorrow morning to hopefully get out for a run again. We’ll see how it goes. You facebook posts about running always inspire me. Keep at it girl!Alesha <3
